## What hosting can look like

Hosting means providing a desk, a manager, and real work — while BLAC handles intern training, educational programming, and support.

Participating agencies gain the inspiration, guidance, and assistance they need to jump into action. BLAC opens the door to exciting new talent, providing you with coaching and training on how to best support and retain them.

Agencies keep emerging diverse talent in the pipeline and join a coalition that shows up for the industry.
