# BLAC Internship

BLAC is a paid twelve-week internship that trains Black and underrepresented emerging professionals and places them inside agencies across the country. Real desks. Real briefs. Real pay.

BLAC stands for Building Leaders And Creators. The published headline is “300+ advertising careers launched and counting.”

A round callout on the hero reads “Become a host agency” and “Access tomorrow’s talent today.” The button is “Sign up now.” It opens /decks/blac-host-agency-information-2027.pdf.

## Our mission.

We exist to bring more Black and underrepresented talent into advertising, ensuring they can fully express themselves, find community, and ultimately lead.

## By the numbers

- 300+ alumni in the community
- 100% would recommend the BLAC internship
- 75% post-program employment

The page does not say what the 75% and 100% are out of.

## Alumni

Our alumni are writing, designing, strategizing, and producing at agencies and brands across the industry. Some of them sit on our board.

## Agencies

Built with a coalition of agencies. BLAC works with a coalition of agencies that decided the industry’s talent problem was theirs to fix. The page links to /agencies: host, sponsor, or donate.

The home page plays the alumni work reel. It does not link to a separate reel page in the body.
